Instructor Requirements

• Integrity: You must be honest. If you lie about yourself, you will lie to a student. If you lie, we will find out.
• Perform on demand: You must be able to do what you teach, no exceptions. You will shoot in front of students every time you teach.
• Amiable: You must be friendly and pleasant to be around. If you have an attitude and over inflated ego don’t waste your time applying, your act will falter, and you will be asked to leave.
• Results oriented: You must have a deep burning desire to make a difference in our clients lives. They are entrusting their lives to us. We owe our clients our best, every day.
• Progressive/Patient/Insightful: If you are easily offended when asked a question or challenged in regards to a method or technique, this is not the place for you. You would be much happier at other schools where you can teach traditions.
• Sincere: Our instructors are at the top of their profession and we expect them to pass along their skills and knowledge with every fiber of their being, as our clients lives may very well depend upon what we have taught them.

Every one of our instructors have been selected for their ability to work as a part of a tight knit team, for their skill at arms, and for their ability to communicate vital truths to our clients in a friendly, clear, and concise manner in order to dramatically help them to improve their survivability. Our clients find themselves thoroughly enjoying the experience of being around the most knowledgeable, dedicated and friendly instructors in the industry, whose only goal is to assure our clients rapid assimilation of ideas and techniques.

All of our instructors must continuously demonstrate a sincere desire to help our clients gain skills and confidence in the shortest period of time and to help assure their success in the worst case life threatening scenario. We seek only the truly quiet professionals. No “chest thumpers” are allowed or tolerated.

All of our instructors are the best in their particular field, serving or having served in the infantry and/or Special Forces of the Army, Navy, and Marine Corps; law enforcement officers who fill street or special tactical unit assignments; or proven and capable firearms instructors from within the community. Every one of us proves ourselves exemplary fighters, weapons handlers and tacticians on a daily basis. We can’t afford to give only half of our effort, because lives hang in the balance in what we say, do, and teach.
