Professional Experience
- Ron has worked extensively in both Afghanistan and Iraq in support of America’s war on terror. He has organized, developed, implemented and overseen state-of-the-art, rock-solid training delivered to hundreds of individuals and numerous federal agencies.
- Ron has trained and facilitated the training of hundreds of independent contractors, DoD, DoS personnel and numerous other professionals in Afghanistan and Iraq.
- Ron trained cadets and Federal Air Marshals at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC), for the Department of Homeland Security after the 9/11 tragedies.
- Ron trained hundreds of cadets, agents, military and law enforcement officers for the Department of Energy’s Office of Transportation Safeguards Division.
- Ron developed state-of-the-art curriculum and instructor training; taught and oversaw the teaching of thousands of students and instructors for a large privately-owned firearms school in the U.S.
- Ron trained thousands of recruits and Marines for Weapons Training Battalion San Diego as both coach and a primary marksmanship instructor.
- Ron became a primary marksmanship instructor in the late 1980s and taught infantry Marines in basic and advanced weapons techniques.
Training
- Ron is a graduate of numerous military and nationally recognized firearms and tactics training schools. His qualifications include, but are not limited to: world wide protective service programs, primary/basic firearms instructor for numerous agencies, explosive handler, dynamic entry, MK-19 instructor/operator, Simunitions® supervisor, intermediate force instructor, advanced weapons systems instructor, and many others.
